The ideal candidate will be able to:

Supervise, manage, and lead a 3-6-person crew
Lead crew in dirt, grading, and street work
Work around underground utilities
Coordinate trucking schedule with management
Operate heavy equipment, which includes GPS dozers, skid loaders, excavator, and/or roller while leading your crew
Perform and train the essential job functions for any position on the crew
Identify, report and correct hazards
Plan daily work from the project's schedule and execute accordingly
Possess knowledge and understanding of production schedules
Have knowledge of proper sequence of activities to avoid production slow down and errors
Ensure crew's safety
Execute work in accordance with plans and specifications
Follow directions from owners and customers
Read blueprints
Keep a detailed record of all activities performed on a given day
Be Self-motivated and have a team player attitude
