Answer Financial is looking for a Bilingual, English/Spanish, Inside Sales Associate Manager, to lead a team of licensed bilingual insurance agents. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of sales center metrics/reporting and monitor results daily.
- Provide guidance, training, and counseling to new hire Agents to support them through the learning curve to become effective producers in an acceptable timeframe.
- Coach team members by monitoring live and recorded calls. Create individual plans to improve sales and quality and follows through at subsequent coaching sessions.
- Manage a team of licensed sales agents responsible for quoting and selling insurance products. Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed production goals.
- Effectively manage associate experience and performance issues, involving HR when appropriate, properly documenting, and appropriate counseling, as needed.
- Provide timely responses to customer complaints, inquiries, and e-mails.
- Ensure attainment of sales center goals.
- Help to identify training opportunities, support call center sales program initiatives, to include system modification and reference materials.
Experience and Skills
- 5 years' experience managing a team of licensed sales agents.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish), required. Must be 100% fluent, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Desire to work in a hybrid setting, office and work at home.
- Ability to effectively build and sustain productive sales teams.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong passion for coaching and training for success.
- Ability to present ideas, topics and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the use of computers within Windows, MS Office, and Internet environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate others to achieve sales targets.
Education/Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- College degree (preferred).
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license or obtain licensure within set timeframe.
Compensation offered for the role is $45,000 to $50,000 annually, is based on experience and qualifications, and includes bonus opportunities.
The successful candidate will be required to submit to a background investigation.
