YTS America Inc. is a growing leader in advanced battery and EV component manufacturing. We are expanding our Lansing and Holland, MI, facility and seeking dedicated Battery Production Line Technicians to support high-quality, high-volume production operations.
Position: Battery Production Line Technician
Location: Lansing, Holland, Michigan, and Ellabell, Georgia
Employment type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated battery production line equipment -
- Perform routine quality checks and complete documentation -
- Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues -
- Follow strict safety, housekeeping, and production standards -
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams -
- Support efficiency improvements and problem-solving initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required -
- Manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred -
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods -
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude -
- Willing to work rotating shifts or overtime when necessary (Overtime will follow all applicable federal and state labor laws)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in battery, automotive, or electronics manufacturing -
- Knowledge of PLC-driven equipment and automated systems -
- Familiarity with cleanroom or dry-room environments
