Project: Harvard Court Apartments

Job Summary:
CCSI is seeking experienced Skilled Carpenters to support construction operations on the Harvard Court Apartments project. This position involves performing carpentry work related to panelized wall systems, structural components, and general construction activities. Candidates must be highly skilled, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled carpentry work including framing, installation of panelized wall systems, and related construction tasks
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to plans and specifications
- Assist with layout and preparation of work areas
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Work in coordination with ironworkers, laborers, and equipment operators
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned by the foreman or supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a carpenter in commercial or residential construction
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and construction drawings
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- OSHA 30 certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work on feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Work Environment:
- Outdoor construction site with exposure to weather conditions, heights, and construction equipment
- Physically demanding work
