Job Summary
This is a full-time, ten-month, tenure-track faculty appointment in the Mathematics and Statistics (MS) Division. The position requires flexibility of scheduling, which may include both on-campus and online classes and is intended to fulfill our statistics instruction needs.

Job Duties:
- The position will be responsible for teaching a minimum of 15 credit hours per semester.
- This includes creation and delivery of course content, utilization of a learning management system such as Blackboard for communication and feedback, curriculum development, course design, and student outcome assessment.
- The position may require travel between campuses.
- Additional faculty responsibilities include an emphasis on student success and retention through regular office hours, student advising, internal service/committee work, community service, and professional development.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Statistics or a master’s degree with at least 9 graduate hours in statistics and 9 additional graduate hours in either statistics or mathematics required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of teaching experience with both face-to-face and online learning formats.
- Experience with Blackboard and other instructional technology.
- Preference given to individuals qualified to teach both statistics and mathematics.
- Willingness to work collaboratively on the development of quality course materials and pedagogies designed to engage students in active learning processes.
