This position works to collect milk samples from dairy cows to bring to the lab. The work occurs at the dairy barn. The hours vary every week from 10 hours to 50 hours a week but employee is paid salary so pay the same amount every week. There are benefits of two weeks paid vacation, contribution to a simple IRA plan and paid enrollment up to $700 per month for healthcare in the company plan after the probationary period is up at 90 days. The hours are variable since sometimes we have to work the night shift or the day shift or everything in between but adequate time off is given between different test dates. Work may include weekends but not often. There's 2 days off per week unless an emergency or covering for someone sick. Chance to advancement is good. Pay for this for beginners is $40,000 annually starting and goes up from there.
