What You'll Do
You’ll help scale Frank’s marketing by executing, testing, and improving campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. This is a hands-on role on a small team, so you’ll work across strategy support, execution, and day-to-day marketing operations. Social and paid marketing will be the primary focus of this role, with lifecycle support growing over time.
Social Media Marketing (Required)
- Support the setup, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Assist with audience targeting, creative testing, budget pacing, and performance reporting
- Track and analyze results using Google Analytics, UTMs, and native platform dashboards
- Manage and grow Frank’s organic social presence across all social platforms
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts, engage with the community, and respond to comments and messages
- Research creators, competitors, and partners to inform content and growth opportunities
- Support influencer and affiliate outreach, coordination, and ongoing relationship management
Lifecycle Growth + In-App Marketing (Secondary Focus)
- Support lifecycle marketing across key stages of the user journey in partnership with Product
- Create and maintain lifecycle messaging, including onboarding and product education, in-app messages, and usage-based prompts
- Build and run lifecycle campaigns across in-app and email, aligned to the user journey
- Test and improve lifecycle messaging by running A/B tests, monitoring engagement and conversion metrics, and iterating on timing and content
- Maintain lifecycle content and messaging updates as the product evolves
Marketing Operations & Special Projects
- Support day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign execution, conference support, and branded giveaway management
- Help coordinate external vendors, creators, or partners as needed
- Jump in on ad hoc marketing projects that support growth, launches, or experiments
What You’ll Bring
- Unshakable work ethic, curiosity, and personal accountability

- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Excellent written communication and basic design instincts (bonus: Canva)
- Familiarity with major social platforms and ad tools
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Google Analytics
- Excited to learn new tools quickly and apply what you learn right away
